By merging the main living areas and transforming the existing arches into glazed openings, the interior becomes lighter and more spacious while strengthening the connection to the outdoors. Restored terracotta floors, natural materials, and refined detailing celebrate the home’s Mediterranean character, while arched bronze steel-framed windows introduce a subtle contemporary contrast.
Durable, renter-friendly materials have been carefully selected throughout, both in the finishes and furnishings. Terracotta flooring is paired with soft off-white walls and warm beige microcement bathrooms, creating a calm and neutral backdrop. In selected bathrooms, pale pink wall tiles introduce a subtle layer of texture and color, adding visual interest to the otherwise clean microcement palette.
