Casa Bloom

Project Overview

Casa Bloom is an architect-designed villa that celebrates calm living, contemporary design and a deep connection to nature. Surrounded by forests and landscaped gardens, the home sits within a peaceful valley near the village of San Lorenzo, offering privacy and tranquility while remaining close to Ibiza’s most desirable destinations.

Designed by Iván Torres Ramón, President of Ibiza’s College of Architects, together with Sciuo Ke, the architecture reflects modern Ibicencan living through clean lines, natural materials and seamless transitions between interior and exterior spaces. The property is conceived as an extension of the surrounding landscape, allowing the natural environment to shape the rhythm of life within the home.

The interiors were developed by Marí Raidal and Carmen Straatsma of Studio C, combining organic textures, soft neutral tones and refined craftsmanship to create spaces that feel both sophisticated and welcoming. Oversized double doors create a striking entrance, opening onto a balcony framed by interior courtyards where mature trees rise through the architecture.

At the heart of the villa lies an open-plan kitchen, dining and reception area designed for both everyday living and entertaining. Cedar-beamed ceilings, a statement fireplace and expansive glass panels introduce warmth and natural light while framing beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. Stone worktops and integrated appliances create a streamlined culinary space where design and function work effortlessly together.

Technology is discreetly integrated throughout the villa, with automated climate control, lighting and security systems as well as a professional sound system that extends from the interior spaces out into the garden.
