Can Olivar Luxury Villa

Project Overview

Set within a peaceful forested valley near the village of San Lorenzo, Can Olivar is a contemporary Ibicencan villa designed to create a quiet rhythm of life connected to the surrounding landscape. The six-bedroom residence is surrounded by curated gardens, mature trees and natural vegetation, offering privacy, serenity and expansive views of the countryside.

The architecture was conceived by Iván Torres Ramón, President of Ibiza’s College of Architects, together with Sciuo Ke. The design focuses on blending modern architectural lines with the natural environment, allowing the home to feel like a natural extension of the land itself.

Inside, the interiors were developed by Marí Raidal and Carmen Straatsma of Studio C, who brought together organic materials, natural tones and refined craftsmanship to create a calm and elegant atmosphere. Oversized double doors create a dramatic entrance, opening to a balcony overlooking two interior courtyards where trees rise through the architecture, reinforcing the connection between indoor and outdoor living.

The main living area features an open-plan kitchen, dining and reception space designed for both relaxation and entertaining. Cedar-beamed ceilings and a log fireplace introduce warmth, while expansive glass panels frame views of the surrounding landscape and fill the interiors with natural light. Stone worktops, integrated appliances and a carefully curated palette of materials ensure the space remains both functional and visually refined.

Technology is seamlessly integrated throughout the villa. Climate control, lighting and security systems are fully automated, while a professional sound system extends from the interior living spaces out into the gardens.
